Shelby also specializes in custom, heirloom products. Her services include planning, and designing as well as delivery and installation of her client's family art.

"Well, I think it's important to start with the end in mind. That's why I offer an in-home design and vision consultation with my clients. We discuss how they would like to be photographed and where they would like to display their portraits. We discuss everything from location, what to wear, the style and color scheme of their home and I also take the opportunity to measure any walls being considered for artwork display. It's also a chance for them to ask me any questions they might have and be able to see some of the heirloom products I offer. Most importantly, this time helps me get to know the family!"

Using natural light gives me the chance to have fun with my clients and create bright, airy, and timeless portraits. The Viewing & Ordering Session
"I do IPS (In-Person Sales) in my home office. After the client's photoshoot, I invite them to come back to the studio for their viewing and ordering session.
I believe that every session tells its own unique story so I create a video for them to sit back and enjoy when they arrive. As a photographer, seeing my client's story come to life is one of the greatest rewards. Following the video presentation, I give my clients the opportunity to see all of their images printed and framed in an archival quality mat and displayed on our reveal wall. My clients love being able to see their images in real life!
